The Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry has pinned high hopes on the in-coming PTI government that it will put the country on the path of progress and will do its best to empower women and make Pakistan a prosperous and changed country.
In a joint statement President of WCCI Islamabad Reem Abbasi, former presidents of WCCI Samina Fazil, Farida Rashid, Alia Ikram, Raja, former VP of FPCCI Naima Ansari, VP FPCCI Karim Aziz Malik and others lauded the PTI leadership for nominating former president of Islamabad WCCI Shamim Aftab as MPA Punjab Assembly and hoped that all efforts would be undertaken for women empowerment which is imperative for rapid national development.
They congratulated Shamin Aftab on her nomination and assured her their full cooperation in connection with the resolution of women's problems and their much-needed empowerment.
