Fishermen released from Indian prisons arrived in the city on Friday evening including three teenagers, as over 100 Pakistani seafarers are still waiting in the neighbouring country's jails for no reasons. Family members of the 14 fishermen who landed at the Cantt railways station, celebrated their freedom from the Indian prisons arrested in 2016 within Pakistani waters by Indian maritime troops for no valid reasons.
The freed seafarers included: Abdul Ghafoor, Abdul Razzaq, Ali Muhammad, Ali Asghar, Abu Bakar, Jamil, Muhammad, Hussain, Abdul Aziz, Siddique, Sikandar Ali, Deedar, Ramazan and Majeed Mallah Baghan.
