National Accountability Bureau (NAB) chairman Javed Iqbal on Wednesday dispelled allegations hurled by Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz's (PML-N) president Shehbaz Sharif that the anti-graft watchdog and ruling Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PIT) are arm in arm and shared unholy alliance. He made these remarks during his one-day visit to NAB's Lahore Bureau.
Terming annihilation of corruption demand of masses, Iqbal renewed his commitment to continue indiscriminate accountability. "The foremost priority of the NAB is to take all mega-corruption cases to their logical ends. NAB does not believe in revenge tactics," Iqbal was quoted as saying.
