The Sindh government on Tuesday decided to introduce whistle monitoring system with the technical help of Pakistan Navy and Marine Times security in order to help fishermen at deep sea. Provincial Minister for Livestock and Fisheries Abdul Bari Pitafi said this in a meeting where he distributed cheques amongst the families of fisherman detained by the Indian authorities.
