As the nation remembered the great sacrifices of martyrs of APS tragedy and observed the 4th anniversary of terrorist attack Fateha Khawani was held and prayers offered for the martyrs at the mosque of CM office and other mosques here on Sunday. Chief Minister Punjab Sardar Usman Buzdar and other people recited verses of the Holy Quran and prayed for the souls of martyred teachers and their students and paid homage to their great sacrifices.
The CM said that the martyred children and teachers of APS have written the history of making sacrifices for Pakistan with their blood and united the entire nation in the war against terrorism. The nation will always remember their sacrifices, he added.
Similar functions were also being held in other cities and towns of the province. The people condemned the horrific and barbaric attack which resulted in loss of more than 130 precious lives.
