A new bench of Supreme Court has been constituted to hear the Memogate case, Aaj News reported on Saturday.The hearing under new bench will be held on Thursday Feb 14. The court has sent notices to the Attorney General, DG FIA, the NAB prosecutor general and Interior and Foreign Affairs secretaries. Chief Justice of Pakistan Asif Saeed Khosa will head the bench, while Justice Gulzar Ahmed and Justice Ejazul Hassan will be the members.
