On behalf of the people of Pakistan I warmly welcome my brother His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud, Crown Prince, Vice President of the Council of Ministers and Minister of Defence of Saudi Arabia. His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince, is a true friend of Pakistan and his upcoming visit to Islamabad reflects his strong desire to further deepen the brotherly ties between our two people.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia are joined together with unbreakable bonds of brotherhood rooted in our common faith and shared cultural heritage. Generations of Pakistani and Saudi leadership have maintained close contacts and the relationship has been marked with deep mutual trust and robust bilateral engagement. A very large Pakistani diaspora living in Saudi Arabia is a source of strength and friendship for our both countries. As custodians of Harmain Sharifain the people of Pakistan hold the Saudi leadership in deep reverence.
Under the leadership of King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud and His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince, Saudi Arabia is leading in path breaking social and economic developments. This is a bright manifestation of the sagacity and visionary leadership of HRH Mohammed bin Salman. As our both countries embark on a trajectory of development and growth, there are many new vistas of cooperation that could benefit peoples of our two brotherly nations.
I am confident that the visit of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman, Crown Prince, will further deepen our brotherhood and take the relationship to new heights.
Pakistan and Saudi Arabia have always stood with each other and the time has come to transform our close brotherly relationship into a broad ranging cooperative partnership.
