Current year to be marked by progress, prosperity as largest oil refinery being set up in country: Fawad
ISLAMABAD: Minister for Information and Broadcasting, Chaudhry Fawad Hussain has said that the current year is the year of exports and the PTI government will observe it as the year of economic resurgence. Addressing a ceremony in Lahore, he said there is no crisis-like situation in the country at present and all the government affairs are moving ahead smoothly.
He said the country would traverse on the road to progress under the dynamic leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan.
He said the current year would be marked by progress and prosperity as the largest oil refinery in the country's history is being set up.
He said Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf has no personal differences with the PPP and PML-N, but the demand for 'NRO' by some lawmakers from both the parties for their leadership has stalled the relationship. Fawad Chaudhry said the PTI government cannot breach its trust of the masses by not fulfilling its commitment made with the masses to eliminate corruption from the country.
He said grievances of coalition parties would be resolved through due consultation.
