Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi Monday said that the entire world witnessed that Pakistan stands for peace in the face of Indian warmongering. The foreign minister chaired an important consultative meeting at Foreign Office, which was attended by Foreign Secretary Tehmina Janjua and former diplomats and senior officials to discuss Pakistan-India tension and important issues related to foreign policy, according to a Foreign Office statement.
Speaking on the occasion, Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi said the world has witnessed that Pakistan stands for peace. He said the OIC resolution condemning Indian brutalities on Kashmiris is a welcoming development.
The participants of the meeting congratulated Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi on the best diplomacy. They also agreed to continue the series of consultative meetings for devising a best strategy on foreign policy front.
