Outsourcing business is based on availability and continuous supply of critical mass and talent, right attitudes and work ethics, high speed connectivity, geographical proximity to the business value chain, ease of doing cross border financial transactions, enforcement of laws around IP, data protections and contracts and global image of a country. Pakistan's diplomats and country's leaders need to sell Pakistan as a brand to attract investment. The opportunity exist right now and we need to be prepared to seize the opportunity
Recommended Action - Propose 3-5 critical recommendations for policy makers to identify off-shore outsourcing as a quick win to increase exports and support job creation. Invest in training and development of the local talent.
