Billion Tree Tsunami, BRT projects: Bilawal apprised about PTI's alleged corruption in KP

Leaders of Pakistan People's Party from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa have briefed chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto-Zardari about mega corruption in Billion Tree Tsunami project initiated by the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
PPP leaders including Farhatullah Babar, Humayun Khan, Rubina Khalid, Faisal Karim Kundi, Aijaz Khan Durrani and others held a meeting with Bilawal, here at Zardari House on Saturday and briefed him about alleged corruption of PTI in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The PPP chairman instructed the party leaders to expose PTI's corruption at every available forum. The leaders also apprised the PPP chairman of the cases of corruption in Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) project, Malam Jabba case and fake admissions case in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
While talking to the leaders of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Bilawal said that all tall claims of PTI and their leader Imran Khan are being proved to be false one after the other. Why do investigation agencies not take action against these mega corruption cases of PTI?" he asked.
After the meeting with party chairman, president PPP KP Humayun Khan while addressing a news conference said that the report of the parliamentary committee has exposed the PTI government in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa and found mega corruption in Billion Tree project. He said that the PPP would file application in the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) against this mega corruption.
He said that the PPP would launch a protest in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa on May 1, 2019 against the PTI government for increasing prices of medicines, gas and petroleum products and committing corruption.
He said that all segments of society including labourers, workers and doctors would also participate in the protest. He said that Khan had made big claims before election and now he is taking U-turn on every claim.
He alleged that the PTI government has started pre-poll rigging in erstwhile Federally Administered Tribal Areas (Fata). He said, "We are in favour of development in tribal districts but are against any pre-poll rigging," he commented.
