Sindh Excise and Taxation department on Wednesday claimed to have collected Rs 60.16 billion revenue during last 10 months of current fiscal year. During current financial year from July 2018 to April 2019, the Sindh E&T department has collected Rs 60.160 billion revenue as compared to Rs 53.961 billion collected during last corresponding period.
The department has collected Rs. 6.17 billion as Motor Vehicle Tax, Rs 47.113 billions as Infrastructure Cess, Rs 335.245 million as Professional Tax, Rs 165.358 million as Cotton Fee, Rs 1.899 billion as Property Tax, Rs 52.472 million as Entertainment Duty, while the rest of the amount was collected under the head of various taxes.
