The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) Friday claimed to have arrested three more Chinese nationals and a Pakistani couple for their alleged involvement in fake marriages and human trafficking.
According to an official, the agency arrested Chinese and Pakistan nationals at Islamabad International Airport during the crackdown against human trafficking. He said that the arrested Chinese nationals appeared as married couples and were smuggling Pakistani girls to China. Two Chinese men and three Pakistani women were among those arrested.
