Pashtoon Garri village clinched the trophy of the volleyball event part of the ongoing Ramazan Floodlight Games under the aegis of Directorate of Sports Khyber Pakhtunkhwa here at Taru Jabba village on Saturday.
Nazim Taru Jabbad Abid Afridi, Member District Council Haider Ali Khan, Regional Sports Officers Sami Ullah Marwat (District Nowshera), Jamshed Baloch (Peshawar) and former Director Youth Arshad Hussain, elders of the area and large number of spectators were also present and witnessed the thrilling final.
The final match was started on a fast tempo and Pashtoon Garri won the match by 3-2. At the end, the chief guest Nazim Taru Jabba gave away trophies and cash prizes. He also appreciated the organizing committee for holding the grand volleyball event wherein top clubs took part.
