It is truly commendable that the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce & Industry is organizing the 7th FPCCI Achievement Awards Ceremony in recognition of the services of individuals and organizations of Pakistan. FPCCI's Award plays a crucial role in promoting competitiveness in all fields and enhances the confidence of individuals and organizations to recognize their talent. These Awards are a symbol of pride both at the national and international levels in response to the outstanding services of individuals in Pakistan in the field of research, banking and finance, press, media, agriculture, industry, academia, investment and others.
The Award Ceremony provides a good opportunity to the individuals and organizations to analyze emerging trends of the global market and devise new strategies in response. Pakistan should also strive to promote a competitive culture and motivate individuals and organizations by providing the necessary facilities and support, for the purpose of diversifying Pakistan's economy and socio-economic development, we need knowledge, networks, innovation, competition and information that are possible when we recognize the services of these individuals & organizations. The promotion of research and development activities in all sectors can also help us in achieving the status of developed country.
