All international forums: Pakistan, Malaysia will continue supporting each other

Head of Malaysian delegation and Chairperson Commonwealth Women Parliamentarians Forum Dr Noraini Binti Ahmad called on Speaker National Assembly Asad Qaiser here on Monday. The matters related to the conduct of 5th Asian Regional CPA Conference and forthcoming CWP chair elections were discussed. Speaker National Assembly and the CWP Chairperson agreed that Malaysia and Pakistan would continue supporting each other on all international forums especially Commonwealth Parliamentary Association, says a press release issued here.
While talking to the Head of Malaysian Delegation, the speaker said that Pakistan attaches immense importance to its relations with Malaysia since both the countries were tied to eternal bonds of religion, culture and history. He said that these relations needs to be further strengthened through enhancing parliamentary and people-to-people contacts. Dr Noraini agreed with the Speaker and said that Malaysia also attaches immense importance to its relations with Pakistan and wants to further consolidate them through diversification of existing ties.-PR
