Adviser to Sindh Chief Minister on Information, Law and Anti-Corruption Establishment Barrister Murtaza Wahab in a statement on Wednesday said that death of innocent people in Karachi due to electrocution was a clear evidence of the negligence of the K-Electric. Barrister Murtaza Wahab blamed the decayed infrastructure of K-Elecric for loss of innocent lives in the metropolis.
The adviser said that the incompetent administration of K-Electric was doing nothing to mend its ways. This was unacceptable by any means, he added. He also blamed that the leaders of MQM never utter a single word in their press conference against the incompetence and negligence of the administration of the K-Electric.
Barrister Murtaza Wahab said that by not censuring K-Electric the leaders of the MQM had in fact taunted the people of Karachi. The adviser said that the electricity to Karachi was being provided by the K-Electric and not the Sindh government and everyone knew the role of the MQM in the destruction of the K-Electric. Instead of shedding crocodile's tears the MQM which was also the coalition partners of the PTI should question the Federal Government for the remedy.
He said that through criticizing the Pakistan People's Party the leaders of the MQW cannot win the hearts of Karachiites as they were well aware of their reality. He advised them to play their positive role for the betterment of the lives of the people of Karachi instead of shedding tears for the lack of resources.-PR
