In his latest contribution to the newspaper titled "It is half full" Business Recorder op-ed writer Ali Khizar argued, among other things, that "No one is talking about the resilience of private sector construction."
'The glass half full' phrase is used to refer to an attitude always thinking about the good things in a situation rather than the bad one. His write-up, therefore, shows that he has aligned himself with pro-government analysts who think the glass is half full. The country's economic situation, however, shows that the glass is not half full or half empty; it is nearly empty.
