KARACHI: Sindh High Court (SHC) on Tuesday issued notice to National Accountability Bureau (NAB) and sought a reply from it on a plea seeking altering of Investigation Officer (IO) in a case.
A two-member bench headed by Chief Justice Ahmed Ali M Shaikh heard the plea filed by Mashooq Ali seeking transfer of IO in a case.
The petitioner stated that he had no belief of impartial investigation against him, so the IO be transferred. The bench issued notice to NAB and sought reply from it in this regard.
