KARACHI: An Accountability Court in Karachi on Monday summoned more witnesses in a reference about corruption of more than R6billion in Information Department of Sindh.

The court heard the corruption reference against former information minister Sharjeel Inam Memon and others who also appeared before the court.

The witness of National Accountability Bureau (NAB) in reference, Mir Alam Jokhio also appeared before the court to record his statement.

The counsel of the accused completed their arguments on witness’s statement.

The court adjourned the hearing of the reference for the 3rd April by summoning further witnesses.
