Samsung has released some new 4K TVs, of which one is aimed for millennials that can be rotated to form a smartphone-styled vertical display.

On Monday, Samsung unveiled a series of new TVs namely The Sero, The Serif, and The Frame. The 43-inch ‘Sero’, which means ‘vertical’ in Korean, can be flipped 90 degrees from a regular widescreen TV to a smartphone-styled vertical display and will display content from a smartphone for the millennial generation.

Acting similarly to a smartphone, people can mirror their smartphone screens onto the Sero’s vertical screen to display their mobile apps. According to Samsung, the TV ‘supports vertical screen optimized for mobile contents, so it can be used to view content on a full screen’, reported Business Insider.

When one is not watching the TV, images like photos, clock or walls can be displayed to make it look as a part of the interior. The TV comes in with a hefty price as well. The Sero will be available in Korea from the end of May, costing 1.89 million won ($1,623). Samsung has not yet announced the TV’s availability outside of Korea.

The ‘Serif’ focuses more aesthetic value with the ability to display weather, time and images on screen while not in use, matching it with the interior. The Serif is equipped with QLED display to deliver super high image quality.

The ‘Frame’, according to Samsung, is a new concept TV that ‘can use art works or photographs as a frame when you are not watching TV through “Art Mode” function’. Apart from QLED display, The Frame has ‘Magic Cable’ that integrates all lines connected to TV with one transparent cable.
