ALMATY: Kazakhstan's central bank has cut its 2019 current account deficit outlook to 1.3-1.7pc of gross domestic product from the previously expected 3pc, Azat Uskenbayev, deputy head of the bank's balance of payments department, said on Tuesday.
Uskenbayev said at a meeting with economists and reporters that the outlook was based on the average Brent oil price of $60 per barrel.
