KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Monday at 17,905.17 points with a negative change of -344.97 and volume of 39,156,500 shares. High and Low were 18,307.76 and 17,875.21 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 0 were up, 30 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 59,555,500 shares. Total companies traded were 306 of which 49 were positive, 237 were negative and 20 were unchanged.

Power Generation and Distribution was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 10,163,000 shares. It was followed by Cement with a total traded volume of 9,338,700 shares.
