Any move or sit-in can't save opposition from penalty: Usman Dar
ISLAMABAD: Special Assistant to the Prime Minister on Youth Affairs Usman Dar on Tuesday while criticizing the opposition in strong terms said opposition had nothing to address in the public gathering or processions as the both opposition parties PPP, PML-N had just looted the national Exchequer during their tenure.
Talking to a private news channel he said the both parties made a record of historical debts that left the national kitty in worse condition, adding, today the masses were facing the bad governance of previous regimes.
While criticizing Jamiat Ulema-e-Islam (F) leader Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, he said Maulana was also a supporter of corruption and mostly raised voice against the government over inflation and participated in every propaganda against government.
He asked Maulana that opposition had always tried to hide their failures through calling All Parties Conference (APC) and public meetings,adding the opposition was badly failed to get the public attention and relief from corruption cases.
He said nation believed in PTI and looking for the recovery of looted money from the political culprits,adding any move and sit-in could not save the opposition from facing the music.
" PTI had held sit-in of 126 days for political struggle but the opposition was planning to sit-in for escaping from the alleged cases of corruption", he added.
