'Game of Thrones' bags record nominations in 2019 Emmy Awards
The nominations for the annual Emmy awards, celebrating the best in television, were announced on Tuesday. The awards will be handed out at a ceremony in Los Angeles on September 22. Medieval fantasy drama ‘Game of Thrones’ bagged most of the nominations scoring a record 32 Emmy nominations on Tuesday.
The Emmy Awards will feature 26 different categories ranging from acting and writing awards to awards for different types of programs — comedies, dramas and talk shows, among others.
