SAO PAULO: Brazilian privately owned grain farmer and trader Amaggi will cultivate an estimated 155,000 hectares of soybeans in the 2019/2020 season, Director-General Pedro Valente said during an event in São Paulo on Friday.
Valente, who did not provide a comparison with the prior seasons, also estimated corn plantings of 3,400 hectares and cotton plantings of 101,000 hectares in 2019/2020 crop, which begins around September.
