KARACHI: BRINDEX-30 closed on the lower side on Tuesday at 15,915.10 points with a negative change of -100.46 and volume of 43,872,900 shares. High and Low were 16,228.42 and 15,852.04 respectively. Of 30 companies traded, 5 were up, 25 were down and 0 was unchanged.

Total volume traded in the market was 64,038,930 shares. Total companies traded were 338 of which 89 were positive, 230 were negative and 19 were unchanged.

Cement was the top traded sector with total traded volume of 6,037,900 shares. It was followed by Technology and Communication with a total traded volume of 4,325,000 shares.
