A large number of people belonging to all walks of life on Sunday condemned the Indian brutalities and showed solidarity with people of Indian occupied Kashmiris (IOK).
The protest was organized by Uzma Gul, the cameraperson Jammu Kashmir Solidarity Movement (JKSM), and vowed to provide all moral, diplomatic and political support to striving Kashmiri brethren in Jammu and Kashmir.
The protesters led by Uzma Gul, the daughter of late General Hameed Gul, created a 5 kilomteres long Kashmiri flag to show solidarity with people of IOK, who are under siege since August 5.
JKSM was formed by Uzam Gul in aftermath of Kahsmir's annexation with Indian, and deployment more troops, and never ending curfew in the held valley.
Addressing the participants, Uzma said that the Movement will be a solid platform to raise voice on national and international forums for independence of Kashmir.
She said that the JKSM is free from any political tilt and is working on single slogan of "Kashmir Banega Pakistan" and always struggling on ideological lines for connect Kashmir with Pakistan.
"Indian barbarism has caused hell for Kashmiri people and if the situation prevails there will be a mass genocide of Kashmiris due to hunger and non-availability of medicines and other facilities," said Uzma.
She said that there is apprehension of killing of thousands of people including children, women and old men in Kashmir as the world leaders including UN agencies are acting as silent spectators.
"I am following the footprints of my beloved father General Hameed Gul, former ISI Chief, who stood firm till last for ideology of Pakistan," she declared.
Other speakers also condemned the Indian brutalities on innocent Kashmiris, saying the world has gone morally bankrupt as no one dares telling the "terrorists of Hindutwa" led by Narendra Modi to stop killing of innocent Kashmiris.
The protesters were holding anti-India placards and raising slogans - 'down with India, go India go', etc.
