(Karachi) PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif's health has improved after the doctors injected platelets into his body. However, the party leaders still express concern over his health.
Pakistan Muslim-League-Nawaz leader Ahsan Iqbal has expressed serious concern over Mian Nawaz Sharif’s health condition and warned that if anything happens to the party chief then Imran Khan will be responsible for the consequences.
Addressing a news conference in Islamabad on Tuesday, Ahsan Iqbal said that the government is playing with the lives of our leaders. “Nawaz Sharif’s platelets were less than 10,000 and it could have led to internal bleeding but by the prayers of the people, it did not happen.”
Criticising Imran Khan, the senior PML-N leader maintained that the economy of the country has destabilized due to bad policies of the rulers. “The PTI government has proved to be a nine-eleven for the economy,” Iqbal remarked.
He said the condition of Maryam Nawaz is also not good and the government is not taking the matter seriously.
Mariam Aurangzeb also spoke on the occasion.
Nawaz Sharif was shifted to Services Hospital after his condition deteriorated late Monday night. The doctors, who conducted his medical test raised alarm that the report was not satisfactory.
As per the report, Nawaz Sharif’s platelet count was low and his blood pressure was also not normal. Later, the doctors injected platelets and his condition was stated to be stable.
