Pakistani singers Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will perform for the first time ever in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia tomorrow (Friday).
Saudi Royal Court Adviser and Chairman of the General Entertainment Authority in the Kingdom, Turki Alalshikh announced the show on his Twitter account. “For our Indian and Pakistani brothers and sisters in Riyadh, Atif Aslam and Rahat Fateh Ali Khan will be waiting for you on the 25th of October,” he wrote.

As part of the Riyadh Season 2019, both the Pakistani singers will entertain the local audience in Riyadh.
Saudi Arabia has recently launched Riyadh Season Festival to promote tourism in the kingdom. The event kicked off from October 11 and will last for two months until December 15th. It will include a wide range of artistic, sporting and cultural events, including theater, music performances and fashion shows.
Recently, Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khan along with Jackie Chan, Jason Momoa and Jean-Claude Van Damme took part in Saudi government-backed summit to promote the kingdom’s entertainment industry and Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman’s Vision 2030 plan to build the country into a leading regional film and TV hub.
