Recorder reporter from Kartarpur adds: Former Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh has said that "it is a good beginning, India-Pakistan relations are subject to many 'ifs and buts' and ifs, and I hope this is a good beginning to normalize our relation."
He was talking to media on his arrival at the Kartarpur border where PM Imran Khan unveiled the plaque of Kartarpur Corridor in connection with the 550th birth anniversary of Baba Guru Nanak.
