Futures spread up 847bps

The futures spread increased by 847bps to negative 0.22 percent on the last day of the outgoing week.

Trading activity on the futures counter slightly improved as average daily turnover surged by 5.0 percent to 71.22 percent as compared to previous week's average of 67.81 percent. Average daily trading value on the futures counter increased by 8.3 percent and stood at Rs 3.17 billion during the week.
