Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Saturday condemned the tragic incident of desecration of Holy Quran in Norway.
He said that such evil and provoking act creates only the sentiments of hatred and extremism. "The western world should adopt effective measures to prevent such heinous acts," he added.
He also lauded the courage of a youth, Ilyas, for stopping the evil act. "Ilyas is our hero and I salute his bravery and courage," he added.
Meanwhile, the CM took a notice of a murder of a seven-year old boy in Lodhran after kidnapping and sought a report from the RPO Multan. He directed to arrest the accused at the earliest besides ensuring the justice to the bereaved family.
