Punjab Chief Minister Sardar Usman Buzdar on Saturday said that those who are practicing politics of chaos are not sincere with the country and the nation; "such elements are exposed before the people".

He further said that the Pakistani nation has rejected such elements forever, which have desire to create anarchy in the country. "These elements should regain their senses in the better interest of the country. Rejected politicians should read the writing on the wall and should shun negative politics," he added.

According to him, development of the country and prosperity of the people is of top priority of the present government. The PTI's government has pull the country out form economic crisis and the government, under the leadership of Prime Minister Imran Khan, will fulfil all the promises made with the people.

He claimed that the government has put the country towards right direction and it is moving towards durable development and added that some elements do not want the country heading towards development.

"The people of Pakistan have given five years mandate to the PTI and the government will complete its tenure. Those who are hatching conspiracies to destabilise the country will not succeed. Those who yearned for a clash between the institutions are disappointed; all institutions are on one page for the progress of the country. Corruption of the previous governments made all the institutions insolvent and the Prime Minister unveiled the giants of corruption and country will be free from corruption under his leadership," he added.

Meanwhile, in his message on the World AIDS Day, the Chief Minister said that HIV (AIDS) is a fatal disease and prevention is must to avoid this disease. "This deadly disease can be avoided only by adopting a positive attitude of living a healthy life. Fruitful results can be achieved by launching a comprehensive awareness campaign for highlighting the preventive measures for avoiding this disease," he added.

He said that launching a campaign on social media besides print and electronic media regarding the preventive measure is the prime need of the time. He further maintained that joint efforts of civil society and social organisations are required to prevent HIV, as this menace can only be controlled through collective measures.

"Punjab government is evolving a comprehensive strategy to cope with HIV. Centres are working for providing treatment including free consultation and diagnoses. Also, facility of free medicines and medical tests to the patients are available, under Punjab AIDS control programme," he added.
