Amun Taraqqi Party (ATP) has announced to hold protest rallies and demonstrations against the growing human rights violations, clampdown and Indian forces atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).

The announcement was made during a meeting of the party's executive committee, chaired by its Chairman Muhammad Faiq Shah at the central secretariat, said in a press statement issued here on Sunday.

Faiq Shah said the occupied Kashmir has become castle of marooned people. He said Kashmiri people are victims of the worst kind of Indian forces brutalities and restrictions, while women were abused in the Indian held Kashmir. He slammed the International human rights institutions over their mysterious silence on grass human rights abuses in the occupied territory.

ATP chairman said that clampdown for the last four months in IHK has made the life of Kashmiri people miserable due to ban on supply of food commodities, medical facilities and freedom of expression.

The party chief said the government of Pakistan and rest of international community had kept silence over this human catastrophe in IHK. He said his party will strongly protest against it and will hold rallies and protest demonstrations across the country while message of Kashmiri people will be conveyed through the media in rest of the world.

He said Modi led Indian government had completely violated all human and moral laws and world is showing silence to only safeguard their businesses. He said all human ethics had been violated in IHK.

He said stories of violence and cruelties of Indian forces in Kashmir are openly debated in every house. He said: Our politics is just around personal interest, while Kashmiri people gave their lives on National flag, so the silence on that a criminal act and we will protest peacefully against it.
