NA proceedings to continue till December 20

The National Assembly Business Advisory Committee has decided to continue the proceedings of the Lower House till December 20, 2019. The meeting of Business Advisory Committee was held here on Wednesday to finalize duration of the session, business of the House to be conducted and other items.

The meeting attended by the parliamentary leaders of mainstream political parties agreed to discuss in length the important national issues along with important legislations and question hour.

As many as 32 members attended the meeting including Minister for Defense Pervez Khattak, Minister for Planning, Development and Reform Asad Umar, Minister for Human Rights Dr Shireen Mazari, Minister for Inter-Provincial Coordination Dr Fehmida Mirza, Minister for Parliamentary Affairs Muhammad Azam Khan Swati, Malik Muhammad Aamir Doghar, Riaz Fatyana, Iqbal Muhammad Ali Khan, Ghous Bux Khan Mahar, Naveed Qamar and other members of political parties.
