Smuggled Indian medicine seized, one held

Model Customs Collectorate (MCC), Preventive on Tuesday arrested a man and seized Indian medicine of worth Rs 21 million at a warehouse near Regal Chowk Saddar, Karachi.

Model Customs Collectorate (MCC), Preventive on Tuesday arrested a man and seized Indian medicine of worth Rs 21 million at a warehouse near Regal Chowk Saddar, Karachi.

According to details, credible information was received that substantial quantity of Indian medicine was stored at a warehouse located in Saddar area. Reacting on this information, anti-smuggling organisation of MCC preventive raided at the place and arrested man along with Indian medicine of worth Rs 21 million. Consequent upon recovery a case is being registered. Further investigation is in progress.
