The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry has strongly condemned Indian aggression on the Line of Control (LoC) and urged the government to take up the issue with the international community.

LCCI President Irfan Iqbal Sheikh, Senior Vice President Ali Hussam Asghar and Vice President Mian Zahid Jawaid Ahmad in their joint statement on Tuesday said that irresponsible act of Indian government has become a biggest threat for prospects of peace and tranquility in the region. The growing tension, caused by Indian provocative policy, is not a good sign as confrontation between two nuclear powers could lead to mass destruction" they said.
