Shanghai's city government has signed agreements with foreign investors for 21 projects worth more than $1.7 billion combined, the official Xinhua News Agency reported on Tuesday. Firms that will invest in Shanghai through the projects include Siemens Healthineers AG and Exxon Mobil Corp, the report said.
