Cadet and Junior Taekwondo Championship ends: Korean Taekwondo Master praises Pakistan talent

Korean Taekwondo Master Hung Sung Su said Taekwondo is only game of Martial Arts, which is included in Olympic competitions, this game not only strengthen self-protection, self-confidence, harmony and respect but is also a very good healthy activity.

He said girls are especially encouraged in Pakistan for this skill. More than 100 girls are participated in the current championship, this is very positive development. He said after observing today's competitions, it is estimated that Pakistan has immense talent but they need more guidance. Further he said it is great pleasure to come to Pakistan and participate in these competitions of Taekwondo.

This he said as chief guest in Inter-district Cadet and Junior Taekwondo Championship in Karachi. Chief organiser of Karachi Taekwondo Faraz Usman, International Master and International Coach of UAE Master Absar, Event of course Khaldon Raja, General Secretary Taekwondo Kamran Qureshi, President for Pakistan Taekwondo School Mohammad Ahmed and others were also present on the occasion.

Speaking on the occasion chief organiser Faraz Usman said taekwondo competitions have been organized in Karachi to promote sports in Pakistan, 12 teams from 6 districts of Karachi participate in it. Which includes separate boys and girls teams. More than 250 players participated in the championship. Which includes more than 100 girls further he said certificate program were also organised in this championship. 110 people attended this course. In which 50 were full appointment (official course), who had to be at least senior black belt. Further he said we have organised these competitions into categories.

He made special appeal to the government to made special fund, which should be set up for the game promotion and to keep environment clean and healthy.
