Elderly woman dies while in transit to quarantine facility in KP: Health minister
- The death has been reported in DI Khan.

Pakistan reported on Friday that an elderly woman died in Dera Ismail Khan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
In a tweet, KP Finance and Health Minister Taimur Khan Jhagra announced that an elderly woman died in the morning after she got sick while in transit to Zaireen Quarantine facility.
He further said that the woman was immediately shifted in ambulance to emergency care in DI Khan where she is reported to have passed away. The elderly woman had history of 20 years of diabetes.
"No symptoms of Corona prima facie were noted while in Taftan or in transit. Further details are awaited," Jhagra tweeted.

The minister also announced that there are 25 new suspected cases and four coronavirus cases have been confirmed.
