Aaj News special transmission 'Pur Azm Pakistan' concluded here Wednesday after creating imprints in the hearts and minds of its viewers to remember it for long time.

The special transmission contributed immensely to create awareness against coronavirus in which renowned personalities including government functionaries and health experts participated.

The transmission - co-hosted by Actress Reema Khan and Farhan Ali Waris helped the viewers through valuable suggestions and health tips.

In the concluding session, Federal Information Minister Shibli Faraz, Punjab Health Minister Dr Yasmeen Rashid, Balochistan Government Spokesman Liaquat Shahwani were the guests.

Shibli said that coronavirus damaged the entire world and various measures were taken in Pakistan on the instructions of Prime Minister Imran Khan.

Dr Yasmeen Rashid informed about the facilities provided by the government to patients infected with the virus.

Shahwani said that Balochistan government took special measures to fight out Covid-19 pandemic.

Tariq Chaudhry, Bureau Chief Aaj News Islamabad deplored that shopkeepers and customers are not following SOPs in the markets.

The special message of President Arif Alvi to create awareness about coronavirus was also aired whereas guests appealed to people to follow SOPs to keep themselves safe from this pandemic.
