KOHAT: Militants blew up a girls' school with explosive material in Kohat district, police informed on Friday.
The police said miscreants had planted an explosive device in the girls' school at Ghulam Banda area which went off late Thursday night. The blast completely destroyed three rooms and sidewalls of the school, however no causality was reported.
At least five schools in settled parts of the district while 23 schools in FR Kohat areas have been destroyed by the militants till dat.
