Man shot dead in Quetta

QUETTA: Unknown armed men gunned down a man here at Seriab area of the provincial capital.

Police said Sunday that the victim was on way home when armed assailants opened fire on him at Killi Sardar Bangulzai and fled from the scene.

As a result, he received multiple bullets wounds and died on the spot. The body of the deceased was handed over to the heirs after legal formalities.

The reason behind the killing could not be ascertained so far. Police registered a case and started investigation.
