Qatar tendering to buy 24,000 tonnes rice

rice-export HAMBURG: Qatar's state purchasing agency has issued an international tender to buy 24,000 tonnes of rice, European traders said on Thursday.

Bidding deadline is Nov. 12. Double-polished white basmati rice was sought.
