****Member of the National Assembly (MNA) Munir Khan Orakzai, who tested positive for coronavirus last month, passed away on Tuesday.**
Irfanullah, Orakzai's nephew said when the family tried to wake him up for morning prayers, he did not respond, upon which he was immediately taken to the hospital. Doctors pronounced him dead on arrival, local media reported. Orakzai's funeral will be held today at 3pm in Kurram district. President Arif Alvi and KP Chief Minister have expressed their condolences over his death.
Last month, the member had tested positive for coronavirus and later recovered from the virus. During the last session of NA he had fainted and was shifted to a hospital.
