nab-chairman-fasih-bokhariKARACHI: Chairman of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) Admiral (Retd.) Fasih Bokhari has said that investigating official Kamran Faisal's death was a case of suicide, the media reported on Thursday.

On Wednesday, the Supreme Court of Pakistan formed a two-member bench to hear Kamran Faisal's death case.

Changing the registrar's note on Kamran Faisal's death into a petition during the hearing, the apex court decided to form a separate bench to hear the case regarding the death of the National Accountability Bureau (NAB) official.

The two-member bench, headed by Justice Jawad S. Khawaja, will begin hearing the case in court room 2 from Thursday.

A three-member bench headed by Chief Justice Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry, resumed the hearing of the Rental Power Projects (RPPs) case on Wednesday.

The apex court in its order declared that the NAB official's family and friends had expressed dissatisfaction over NAB's investigation in the case.
