ISLAMABAD: Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) senior leader Syed Khursheed Shah called on PML-N leader Ishaq Dar and discussed issues pertaining to caretaker premier, interim CM and dissolution of Punjab Assembly.
Sources said privy to the meeting, held at Parliament House, said PPP advised PML-N to recommend new name for caretaker prime minister.
Both the parties are working to resolve the matter before going to parliamentary committee, the sources added.
It is expected that Ishaq Dar would held meeting with PML-N chief Nawaz Sharif in Lahore today to apprise him about the discussion with Khursheed Shah.
