MIRPUR (AJK): Prime Minister Ch. Abdul Majeed said that the government was committed to provide basic facilities to the people living in remote far flung areas of the states.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of charity hospital established in Tandali, rural area of Muzaffarabad district here on Friday.
The hospital was completed with the collaboration of Midland Doctors Association United Kingdom with an amount of Rs30 million and was completed in four years.
"I am grateful to the people who felt the need of such charity hospital in far flung areas to mitigate the problems of the dwellers" he added.
The Prime Minister lauded the role of International and local NGOs, international institutions, foreign donor associations and Pakistan Army for their generous support to the people of Kashmir after massive earthquake hit the region in 2005.
He reaffirmed his pledge to make Muzaffarabad the modern capital of the state with provision of all facilities.
