PESHAWAR: Provincial Secretary Information Awami National Party (ANP), Malik Ghulam Musatafa has said that only those political parties would get vote in upcoming elections who have rendered sacrifices for security and stability of motherland.
These views were expressed by him while addressing a gathering held at Sheikhabad area in connection with joining of ANP by several members of PPPP, said a press release issued here on Wednesday by Bacha Khan Markaz.
Malik Ghulam Mustafa said time has changed and masses have become politically mature who cannot be hoodwinked through political gimmicks.
People understand which political party is sincere with country and has rendered sacrifices for the motherland.
Awami National Party, he continued stands toll among other political parties if compared on the ground of rendering sacrifices for security of the country in the ongoing war against terrorism, he claimed.
Ghulam Mustafa said ANP is the only party which contains the list of 750 martyrs of its partymen in the war against militancy and insurgency during the last five years.
The sacrifice of Bashir Bilour, who rendered his life while fighting to bring peace in the country, would be never forgot by people of the country.
ANP Provincial Information Secretary expressed the hope that his party will get maximum number of votes on the basis of sacrifices rendered by its leaders and ordinary members in fighting the war against anti-estate elements.
He said in 2008 elections, people accorded mandated to ANP because of its slogan of bringing peace in the region. Apart from making tireless efforts for bringing peace, the ANP led government also made record developmental works in the whole of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, he added.
